IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER FOR OR PARTICIPATE IN THE INTERNET TRADESHOWS ONLINE PROGRAM. Exhibitor Terms and Conditions YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES. You may use INTERNET TRADESHOWS for lawful purposes only. You may not submit or transmit through INTERNET TRADESHOWS any material, or otherwise engage in any conduct that: (1) violates or infringes the rights of others including, without limitation, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, publicity or other proprietary rights, (2) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another's privacy, tortuous, or contains explicit or graphic descriptions, or accounts of, sexual acts, (3) victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability, (4) impersonates any person, business or entity, including AOL and its employees and agents, (5) contains viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment, or otherwise permit the unauthorized use of a computer or computer network, (6) encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, or that gives rise to civil liability, (7) violates these Terms of Use, guidelines or any policy posted on INTERNET TRADESHOWS, or (8) interferes with the use of INTERNET TRADESHOWS by others. You may not use INTERNET TRADESHOWS in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of INTERNET TRADESHOWS. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any services, user accounts, computer systems or networks, through hacking, password mining or any other means. We may take any legal and technical remedies to prevent the violation of this provision and to enforce these Terms of Use MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the Internet Tradeshows Service's registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify Internet Tradeshows of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Internet Tradeshows cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section InternetTradeShows.com is a business networking service that allows companies to create an exclusive business profile online in order to experience the ultimate Tradeshow experience. The services offered by InternetTradeShows.com or any other features, content, or applications offered from time to time by InternetTradeShows.com in connection with the Internet TradeShows Website (collectively, the "Internet TradeShows Services"). The Internet TradeShows Services are hosted in the U.S. This Terms of Use Agreement ("Agreement") sets forth the legally binding terms for your use of the Internet TradeShows Services. By using the Internet TradeShows Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, whether you are a "Visitor" (which means that you simply browse the Internet TradeShows Website) or you are a "Member" (which means that you have registered with InternetTradeShows.com). The term "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. You are only authorized to use the Internet TradeShows Services (regardless of whether your access or use is intended) if you agree to abide by all applicable laws and to this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully and save it. If you do not agree with it, you should leave the Internet TradeShows Website and discontinue use of the Internet TradeShows Services immediately. If you wish to become a Member, communicate with other Members and make use of the Internet TradeShows Services, you must read this Agreement and indicate your acceptance during the Registration process. This Agreement includes InternetTradeShows.com's policy for acceptable use of the Internet TradeShows Services and Content posted on the Internet TradeShows Website, your rights, obligations and restrictions regarding your use of the Internet TradeShows Services and InternetTradeShows.com's Privacy Policy. In order to participate in certain Internet TradeShows Services, you may be notified that you are required to download software or content and/or agree to additional terms and conditions. Unless otherwise provided by the additional terms and conditions applicable to the Internet TradeShows Services in which you choose to participate, those additional terms are hereby incorporated into this Agreement. You may receive a copy of this Agreement by emailing us at: privacy@InternetTradeShows.com, Subject: Terms of Use Agreement. Agreement of Rules By accepting the application and contract for exhibit space, the exhibiting company agrees to abide by all the requirements of the Invitation to Exhibit and all the exhibitor rules and regulations enclosed herewith. The signer of this contract also agrees to share the Invitation to Exhibit and exhibitor rules and regulations with the representatives who will attend the meeting. Each exhibiting company has only a terminable license to exhibit. If an exhibitor fails to comply with any requirement of the Invitation to Exhibit or any rule, regulation herein, or directive issued by INTERNET TRADESHOWS, this license to exhibit may be terminated and the exhibit closed without notice or refund of payment. All interpretations of the Invitation to Exhibit, exhibitor rules and regulations, staffing, and registration requirements, and any and all matters and questions not specifically covered therein are subject to the discretion of INTERNET TRADESHOWS. Booth Activities and Conduct The first rule of exhibit display is consideration of other exhibitors. No display may be arranged so that an exhibitor must stand in the aisle in front of the booth in order to conduct business. Moreover, no merchandise, chairs, tables, desks, lights, signs or other exhibitor items may extend into the aisles. Exhibitors will not be permitted to behave in a manner that is, in the sole discretion of INTERNET TRADESHOWS, objectionable. Exhibitors are also obliged to comply with any additional rules established by INTERNET TRADESHOWS. If exhibitors have any questions concerning their exhibit, any conduct or activity, please contact INTERNET TRADESHOWS for advice and approval. Promotional activities or product advertisements are permitted only at the exhibitor’s assigned booth. Terms of Use InternetTradeShows.com may modify this Agreement from time to time and such modification shall be effective upon posting by InternetTradeShows.com on the Internet TradeShows Website. You agree to be bound to any changes to this Agreement when you use the Internet TradeShows Services after any such modification is posted. It is therefore important that you review this Agreement regularly to ensure you are updated as to any changes. Accepting the Terms In order to use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms. You may not use the Services if you do not accept the Terms. You can accept the Terms by: (a) clicking to accept or agree to the Terms, where this option is made available to you by Internet TradeShows in the user interface for any Service; or (b) by actually using the Services. In this case, you understand and agree that Internet TradeShows will treat your use of the Services as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards. You may not use the Services and may not accept the Terms if (a) you are not of legal age to form a binding contract with Internet TradeShows, or (b) you are a person barred from receiving the Services under the laws of the United States or other countries including the country in which you are resident or from which you use the Services. Before you continue, you should print off or save a local copy of the Universal Terms for your records. Language of the Terms Where Internet TradeShows has provided you with a translation of the English language version of the Terms, then you agree that the translation is provided for your convenience only and that the English language versions of the Terms will govern your relationship with Internet TradeShows. If there is any contradiction between what the English language version of the Terms says and what a translation says, then the English language version shall take precedence. Subletting of Space Exhibiting companies may not sub-license space to another company, allow other companies to display products or literature, nor reassign or apportion the whole or any part of the assigned space Provision of the Services by Internet TradeShows Internet TradeShows has subsidiaries and affiliated legal entities around the world (“Subsidiaries and Affiliates”). Sometimes, these companies will be providing the Services to you on behalf of Internet TradeShows itself. You acknowledge and agree that Subsidiaries and Affiliates will be entitled to provide the Services to you. Internet TradeShows is constantly innovating in order to provide the best possible experience for its users. You acknowledge and agree that the form and nature of the Services which Internet TradeShows provides may change from time to time without prior notice to you. As part of this continuing innovation, you acknowledge and agree that Internet TradeShows may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features within the Services) to you or to users generally at Internet TradeShows’s sole discretion, without prior notice to you. You may stop using the Services at any time. You do not need to specifically inform Internet TradeShows when you stop using the Services. You acknowledge and agree that if Internet TradeShows disables access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Services, your account details or any files or other content which is contained in your account. You acknowledge and agree that while Internet TradeShows may not currently have set a fixed upper limit on the number of transmissions you may send or receive through the Services or on the amount of storage space used for the provision of any Service, such fixed upper limits may be set by Internet TradeShows at any time, at Internet TradeShows’s discretion. Use of the Services by you In order to access certain Services, you may be required to provide information about yourself (such as identification or contact details) as part of the registration process for the Service, or as part of your continued use of the Services. You agree that any registration information you give to Internet TradeShows will always be accurate, correct and up to date. You agree to use the Services only for purposes that are permitted by (a) the Terms and (b) any applicable law, regulation or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions (including any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the United States or other relevant countries). You agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services by any means other than through the interface that is provided by Internet TradeShows, unless you have been specifically allowed to do so in a separate agreement with Internet TradeShows. You specifically agree not to access (or attempt to access) any of the Services through any automated means (including use of scripts or web crawlers) and shall ensure that you comply with the instructions set out in any robots.txt file present on the Services. You agree that you will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Services (or the servers and networks which are connected to the Services). Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Internet TradeShows, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose. You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Internet TradeShows has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Internet TradeShows may suffer) of any such breach. Controlling your personal information You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways: • whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes • if you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us at [privacy@InternetTradeShows.com] We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible, we will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect. Please choose carefully the information you post on you InternetTradeShows.com website and information that you provide to other Users. Your InternetTradeShows.com profile may not include the following items: Unethical business practices, inflammation, any photographs containing nudity, or obscene, lewd, excessively violent, harassing, sexually explicit or otherwise objectionable subject matter. Despite this prohibition, information provided by other InternetTradeShows.com Members (for instance, on their business webpage) may contain inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive or sexually explicit material, products or services, and InternetTradeShows.com assumes no responsibility or liability for this material. If you become aware of misuse of the Internet TradeShows Services by any person, please contact Internet Trade Shows or click on the "Report Improper Content" link at the bottom of any InternetTradeShows.com page. InternetTradeShows.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, refuse to post or remove any posting (including private messages) by you, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Internet TradeShows Services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability. Eligibility Use of and Membership in the Internet TradeShows Services is void where prohibited. By using the Internet TradeShows Services, you represent and warrant that (a) all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) you are 18 years of age or older; and (d) your use of the Internet TradeShows Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted and your Membership may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 18 years of age. Termination This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Internet TradeShows Services or are a Member. You may terminate your Membership at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Member's Account Settings page. InternetTradeShows.com may terminate your Membership at any time, without warning. Even after Membership is terminated, this Agreement will remain in effect, including sections 5-17. Fees You acknowledge that InternetTradeShows.com reserves the right to charge for the Internet TradeShows Services and to change its fees from time to time in its discretion. If InternetTradeShows.com terminates your Membership because you have breached the Agreement, you shall not be entitled to the refund of any unused portion of subscription fees. Password When you sign up to become a Member, you will also be asked to choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. You agree not to use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or to disclose your password to any third party. You agree to notify InternetTradeShows.com immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or access to your password. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your account. Commercial Use by Members The Internet TradeShows Services are for the commercial use of Members only and may not be used in connection with any personal endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by InternetTradeShows.com. Illegal and/or unauthorized use of the Internet TradeShows Services, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of Members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Internet TradeShows Website is prohibited. Commercial advertisements, affiliate links, and other forms of solicitation may be removed from Member profiles without notice and may result in termination of Membership privileges. Appropriate legal action will be taken for any illegal or unauthorized use of the Internet TradeShows Services. Proprietary Rights in Content on InternetTradeShows.com. InternetTradeShows.com does not claim any ownership rights in the text, files, images, photos, video, sounds, musical works, works of authorship, or any other materials (collectively, "Content") that you post to the Internet TradeShows Services. After posting your Content to the Internet TradeShows Services, you continue to retain all ownership rights in such Content, and you continue to have the right to use your Content in any way you choose. By displaying or publishing ("posting") any Content on or through the Internet TradeShows Services, you hereby grant to InternetTradeShows.com a limited license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content solely on and through the Internet TradeShows Services. Without this license, InternetTradeShows.com would be unable to provide the Internet TradeShows Services. For example, without the right to modify Member Content, InternetTradeShows.com would not be able to digitally compress music files that Members submit or otherwise format Content to satisfy technical requirements, and without the right to publicly perform Member Content, InternetTradeShows.com could not allow Users to listen to music posted by Members. The license you grant to InternetTradeShows.com is non-exclusive (meaning you are free to license your Content to anyone else in addition to InternetTradeShows.com), fully-paid and royalty-free (meaning that InternetTradeShows.com is not required to pay you for the use on the Internet TradeShows Services of the Content that you post), sub-licensable (so that InternetTradeShows.com is able to use its affiliates and subcontractors such as Internet content delivery networks to provide the Internet TradeShows Services), and worldwide (because the Internet and the Internet TradeShows Services are global in reach). This license will terminate at the time you remove your Content from the Internet TradeShows Services. The license does not grant InternetTradeShows.com the right to sell your Content, nor does the license grant InternetTradeShows.com the right to distribute your Content outside of the Internet TradeShows Services. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the Content posted by you on or through the Internet TradeShows Services or otherwise have the right to grant the license set forth in this section, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Internet TradeShows Services does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any Content posted by you to or through the Internet TradeShows Services. 1. The Internet TradeShows Services contain Content of InternetTradeShows.com ("InternetTradeShows.com Content"). InternetTradeShows.com Content is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other laws, and InternetTradeShows.com owns and retains all rights in the InternetTradeShows.com Content and the Internet TradeShows Services. InternetTradeShows.com hereby grants you a limited, revocable, nonsublicensable license to reproduce and display the InternetTradeShows.com Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the Internet TradeShows Website and using the Internet TradeShows Services. 2. The Internet TradeShows Services contain Content of Users and other InternetTradeShows.com licensors. Except for Content posted by you, you may not copy, modify, translate, publish, broadcast, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any Content appearing on or through the Internet TradeShows Services. Content license from you You retain copyright and any other rights you already hold in Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. By submitting, posting or displaying the content you give Internet TradeShows a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, adapt, modify, translate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute any Content which you submit, post or display on or through, the Services. This license is for the sole purpose of enabling Internet TradeShows to display, distribute and promote the Services and may be revoked for certain Services as defined in the Additional Terms of those Services. You agree that this license includes a right for Internet TradeShows to make such Content available to other companies, organizations or individuals with whom Internet TradeShows has relationships for the provision of syndicated services, and to use such Content in connection with the provision of those services. You understand that Internet TradeShows, in performing the required technical steps to provide the Services to our users, may (a) transmit or distribute your Content over various public networks and in various media; and (b) make such changes to your Content as are necessary to conform and adapt that Content to the technical requirements of connecting networks, devices, services or media. You agree that this license shall permit Internet TradeShows to take these actions. You confirm and warrant to Internet TradeShows that you have all the rights, power and authority necessary to grant the above license. Content Posted. InternetTradeShows.com may delete any Content that in the sole judgment of InternetTradeShows.com violates this Agreement or which may be unethical, offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any person. InternetTradeShows.com assumes no responsibility for monitoring the Internet TradeShows Services for inappropriate Content or conduct. If at any time InternetTradeShows.com chooses, in its sole discretion, to monitor the Internet TradeShows Services, InternetTradeShows.com nonetheless assumes no responsibility for the Content, no obligation to modify or remove any inappropriate Content, and no responsibility for the conduct of the User submitting any such Content. You are solely responsible for the Content that you post on or through any of the Internet TradeShows Services, and any material or information that you transmit to other Members and for your interactions with other Users. InternetTradeShows.com does not endorse and has no control over the Content. Even though content is reviewed by InternetTradeShows.com prior to posting, it does not reflect the opinions or policies of InternetTradeShows.com. InternetTradeShows.com makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the Content or to the accuracy and reliability of the Content or any material or information that you transmit to other Members. Content/Activity Prohibited The following is a partial list of the kind of Content that is illegal or prohibited to post on or through the Internet TradeShows Services. InternetTradeShows.com reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in InternetTradeShows.com's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Internet TradeShows Services and terminating the Membership of such violators. Prohibited Content includes, but is not limited to Content that, in the sole discretion of InternetTradeShows.com: 1. involves any type of improper business practices or unethical business conduct; 2. misleads business people within Internet TradeShows online forums or exhibit space website boths 3. is patently offensive and promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual; 4. harasses or advocates harassment of another person; 5. exploits people in a sexual or violent manner; 6. contains nudity, violence, or offensive subject matter or contains a link to an adult website; 7. solicits personal information from anyone under 18; 8. promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous; 9. promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files; 10. involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, or "spamming"; 11. contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page); 12. furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses; 13. solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users; 14. involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes; 15. includes a photograph of another person that you have posted without that person's consent; or 16. for band and filmmaker profiles, uses sexually suggestive imagery or any other unfair, misleading or deceptive Content intended to draw traffic to the profile. The following is a partial list of the kind of activity that is illegal or prohibited on the Internet TradeShows Website and through your use of the Internet TradeShows Services. InternetTradeShows.com reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in InternetTradeShows.com's sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, reporting you to law enforcement authorities. Prohibited activity includes, but is not limited to: 17. criminal or tortuous activity, including child pornography, fraud, trafficking in obscene material, drug dealing, gambling, harassment, stalking, spamming, sending of viruses or other harmful files, copyright infringement, patent infringement, or theft of trade secrets; 18. advertising to, or solicitation of, any Member to buy or sell any products or services through the Internet TradeShows Services. You may not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members. It is also a violation of these rules to use any information obtained from the Internet TradeShows Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any Member without their prior explicit consent. In order to protect our Members from such advertising or solicitation, InternetTradeShows.com reserves the right to restrict the number of emails which a Member may send to other Members in any 24-hour period to a number which InternetTradeShows.com deems appropriate in its sole discretion. If you breach this Agreement and send unsolicited bulk email, instant messages or other unsolicited communications of any kind through the Internet TradeShows Services, you acknowledge that you will have caused substantial harm to InternetTradeShows.com, but that the amount of such harm would be extremely difficult to ascertain. As a reasonable estimation of such harm, you agree to pay InternetTradeShows.com $50 for each such unsolicited email or other unsolicited communication you send through the Internet TradeShows Services; 19. covering or obscuring the banner advertisements on your personal profile page, or any InternetTradeShows.com page via HTML/CSS or any other means; 20. any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to add friends or send comments or messages; 21. interfering with, disrupting, or creating an undue burden on the Internet TradeShows Services or the networks or services connected to the Internet TradeShows Services; 22. attempting to impersonate another Member, person or company; 23. for band profiles, copying the code for your Internet TradeShows Player and embedding it into other profiles or asking other Members to embed it into their profiles; 24. using the account, username, or password of another Member at any time or disclosing your password to any third party or permitting any third party to access your account; 25. selling or otherwise transferring your profile; 26. using any information obtained from the Internet TradeShows Services in order to harass, abuse, or harm another person; 27. displaying an advertisement on your profile, or accepting payment or anything of value from a third person in exchange for your performing any personal activity on or through the Internet TradeShows Services on behalf of that business, such as placing personal content on your profile, posting blogs or bulletins with a personal purpose, selecting a profile with a personal purpose as one of your "Top 8" friends, or sending private messages with a personal purpose; or 28. using the Internet TradeShows Services in a manner inconsistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.\ 29. in connection with User Submissions, you further agree that you will not submit material that is copyrighted, protected by trade secret or otherwise subject to third party proprietary rights, including privacy and publicity rights, unless you are the owner of such rights or have permission from their rightful owner to post the material and to grant Interne TradeShows all of the license rights granted herein. Copyright Policy. You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. It is the policy of InternetTradeShows.com to terminate Membership privileges of any Member who repeatedly infringes the copyright rights of others upon receipt of prompt notification to InternetTradeShows.com by the copyright owner or the copyright owner's legal agent. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Internet TradeShows Services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information: (i) an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; (ii) a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; (iii) a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Internet TradeShows Services; (iv) your address, telephone number, and email address; (v) a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; (vi) a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. You and Internet TradeShows agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Santa Clara, California to resolve any legal matter arising from the Terms. Notwithstanding this, you agree that Internet TradeShows shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction. Other This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the Internet TradeShows Website or any of the Internet TradeShows Services and is further affirmed by you becoming a Member. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and InternetTradeShows.com regarding the use of the Internet TradeShows Services. The failure of InternetTradeShows.com to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. InternetTradeShows.com is a trademark of Internet Trade Shows, Inc. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Internet TradeShows may have no control over any web sites or resources which are provided by companies or persons other than Internet TradeShows. You acknowledge and agree that Internet TradeShows is not responsible for the availability of any such external sites or resources, and does not endorse any advertising, products or other materials on or available from such web sites or resources.
